Toppers are a wonderful solution for increasing volume and density; however they are not recommended for those undergoing chemotherapy, experiencing alopecia or with very fine, damaged hair. In these cases , the clips may place stress on fragile hair and overtime could contribute to traction alopecia. When hair is significantly thinning, fragile or shedding, a full wig is often a safer, more comfortable option.
