Terms & Conditions

• *This offer is for our first-time customers only.
• *You must have a phone/video call Appointment prior to ordering. 
• *You must have a unboxing consultation with us. (This does not necessarily have to be on camera, however it does help, the unboxing consultation must take place within 48 hours of delivery.)
• This offer is only valid for one wig, If you order multiple Wigs, only one will be able to be refunded.
• Shipping of your wig to you is secure, fast and free, if you choose to return your piece, we will also pay any associated shipping costs. You will be sent a printable label, once this is sent you have 48hrs for the wig to be dropped with your local Australia Post.  
• If you do choose to return your piece, it must be unworn, other than for trying on. It must also be unaltered in any way and the lace not cut. 
• Refunds take up to 10 days to process. 
• Lace Fronts Australia reserves the right to adjust this policy at any time.
  
  
  
• Any refunds processed will exclude the full price of the Synthetic wig & MUK Pack received at purchase. The amount deductedwill be based on the price of the items at the date of ordering. 

 

 

 

All orders placed within Australia are shipped with FREE Express Shipping. This option is generally next-day delivery but can take up to 3 working days, depending on your local area.

All of our orders are of the utmost importance to us, so we make sure to ship all in-stock human hair and synthetic orders daily, Monday to Friday. (Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be shipped Monday.)

For online orders, please allow 2–4 weeks for your human hair wig to be made. Each unit is created in Australia by our professional hairdressers and stylists using premium materials and expert techniques.

In-store orders may require a longer turnaround time, typically 6–8 weeks, depending on your customisation and consultation. Your exact timeline will be confirmed during your visit.

Once completed, human hair wigs are shipped via Express Secure Shipping, including tracking and signature on delivery.

FREE gifts (included with human hair orders only) are shipped separately via Express Shipping as soon as possible.

Important: Please keep in mind that public holidays, holiday seasons, weekends, and customs processing times may affect the above shipping times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Our wigs with no ear tabs require Tape, glue ect on the sides for a natural look. Ideal for those who prefer a minimal structure.
