There's a lot of information out there about wigs, and a fair bit of it is wrong. Lace type, cap construction, density, hair origin, how a piece will behave in Gold Coast humidity — these things genuinely matter, and they're the difference between a wig you love and one that sits in a box.
When we tell you a particular cap will suit your head shape, or that a certain density will read more naturally for your colouring, it's coming from a decade of watching what actually works — not from a product description. We'll also tell you when something isn't right for you, even if it's the piece you walked in wanting. That's the job.
Human hair and synthetic wigs, toppers and hairpieces
- Human hair lace front wigs — the most natural-looking option, heat-styleable, colourable by your stylist, and built to last with proper care.
- Synthetic lace front wigs — ready to wear straight from the box, hold their style through humidity, and a genuinely good choice for a first wig or a second wig to rotate.
- Hair toppers — for thinning through the part or crown where you still have length and density at the sides and back. Often the most natural solution when you're not ready for a full wig.
- Custom and handcrafted pieces — where nothing off the shelf is quite right, we can make it. Custom orders generally run six to eight weeks.
If you've found a style you love but the colour isn't quite your shade, we can talk through a bio hair colour match so the piece blends with the hair you already have.

If you're preparing for treatment, coming in before you lose your hair is worth doing — it means we can colour-match and shape to your natural hair rather than working from a photo. And if you're newly diagnosed and just want to know what your options look like, that's a perfectly good reason to come in. You don't have to be ready to buy anything.
Our medical discount
We offer a medical discount on both human hair and synthetic pieces. On human hair wigs it's a tiered discount that scales with length; on synthetics it's ten percent with the code MEDICALTEN.
We don't ask for proof of diagnosis. If you're dealing with medical hair loss, you have enough paperwork already.
Some private health funds also offer a cranial prosthesis or wig benefit — it's worth a call to yours before you buy, and we can help with what to ask for.
Visiting the boutique
We know how much people carry into this. Some arrive apologising for being emotional — nobody needs to. Take as long as you need, try on as many as you like, and ask the questions you've been too embarrassed to ask anyone else. We've heard them all. If you'd rather not be seen while you're trying pieces on, we have a private area you're welcome to use — just say the word.

If you're not sure about sizing or colour before you order, message us — we'd rather spend ten minutes getting it right than process a return.
