Free Express Shipping (Australia Wide)

All orders placed within Australia are shipped with free Express Shipping. Delivery is typically made the next business day, though some regional areas may take up to 3 business days depending on local postal services.

Dispatch Times

All in-stock human hair and synthetic orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1:00pm AEST on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

 Production Time — Online Human Hair Orders

Online and in store human hair wigs are made to order and require an estimated 6 to 8 weeks (6 to 8) weeks for production. Each unit is handcrafted in Australia by our professional hairdressers and stylists using premium materials and expert techniques.

Human Hair Shipping

Once production is complete, human hair wigs are shipped via Express Secure Shipping, which includes tracking and a signature on delivery for added security.
