What to Expect From a Visit
When you book an appointment with us, you’ll be greeted warmly and guided through our full range based on what you’re looking for — whether that’s colour, length, texture, or budget. We’ll talk through cap types, show you how a glueless wig fits and feels, and give you the space to try on as many styles as you like.
Handcrafted, Not Mass-Produced
One of the things that sets us apart is that every human hair wig we sell is handcrafted by our own team. Working closely with our supplier, in which we have a strong relationship, being the only supplier of human hair we have used since opening the doors at Lace Fronts Australia. This means the quality, the colour, and the construction are all things we control directly.
Knowledge, Support, and Genuine Care
Beyond the wigs themselves, what we hear most from our clients is how much the knowledge and emotional support means to them. Many of our clients are navigating hair loss for the first time, and having someone explain things clearly, patiently, and kindly makes an enormous difference.
