All of our orders are of the utmost importance to us and so we make sure to ship all in-stock and synthetics orders daily, Monday – Friday.
All of our human hair units take up to 4 weeks to be created and a selection of delivery options will be provided at checkout, including express shipping (at an additional cost). Once your order is ready for shipment, a tracking email will be sent to you so you can follow the delivery journey of your order.
Express Shipping within Australia: This option is generally next day delivery but can be up to 3 working days depending on your local area.
Standard Shipping within Australia – 3-5 working days.
Express Shipping within New Zealand– 3-5 working days
Standard Shipping with New Zealand – Up to 10 days
We ship Monday to Friday. In-stock and synthetics orders placed after 1 pm on a Friday will be shipped Monday.
Express shipping is through Australia Post, Express is next-day delivery unless you live in a rural area. Rural areas are 1-2 days delivery time.
Free general shipping generally delivered within 3-5 days of shipment depending on your location.
