Lace Fronts Australia does not offer refunds or exchanges for synthetic or human hair wigs if you change your mind.
If you have an issue with your unit, please contact us 3 days of receiving the goods. Thereafter, Lace Fronts Australia cannot take responsibility for any damage caused to the unit. If we receive a unit that has been altered, we will return the product to you, the product will not be exchanged, and a refund will not be given.
The return of any hair products must be unused and in their original condition.
All returns are investigated by our team and if no fault or damage cannot be determined an exchange will not be provided.
If the returned unit has been altered in any way (for example but not limited to the unit has been given bleach knots, trimmed, or coloured) an exchange or refund will not be provided.
Clearance sales are final. No exchanges, store credits or refunds are provided.
Lace Fronts Australia provides exchanges and store credit for damaged items. However, the quality assurance team work diligently to ensure no products are sent damaged. Coloring and styling suitability issues are not damages.
If there is a damage with your Human hair or synthetic wig, you must comply with the following conditions:
- You must contact the Lace Fronts Australia team at email@example.com with your exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product, with wig being returned within 7 days.
- A description of the fault must be provided.
- A photograph of the suggested fault must be provided.
- All aforementioned terms and conditions must be met in order for the returns investigation to be processed.
Lace Fronts Australia does not suggest altering or colour any units that have already been coloured. Please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance and guidance.
Please note: A returns inspection will only commence once an exchange request has been issued. Any product returned to us without first contacting us will not be investigated and an exchange, store credit or refund will not be provided.

Notes on exchanges
An exchange request must be issued within 3 days of receiving the products. To issue this request, please contact email@example.com with a detailed description of why the request is being issues, the product you receive along with the email address the order was made under. The wigs must be shipped to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons – all wigs will be washed and blow-dried upon returning to Lace Fronts Australia. For this reason, an exchange fee of $100 inclusive of re shipping will be deducted from your exchange or refund.
The unit must be in original packaging and original condition.
All return shipping fees are covered by the customer.
All wigs must be unworn, uncut, and not altered.
All custom-made orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. As we created this item specifically for you, it therefore cannot be resold. That said, we will make our best effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
No further alteration or exchanges can be provided to custom orders once the final the photograph confirmation approval and shipment.
At Lace Fronts Australia, we do our utmost to ensure that all products are perfect and as close to as pictured as possible. But please note:
- The colour of your unit may vary, despite every effort to provide accurate images of each unit. Please keep in mind, images presented on a screen can differ very slightly depending on the device you are using. The colours shown on your device depend on that device’s quality, configuration, along with lighting in the room where you are using the device.
- Colour complaints are not deemed as damage or fault. For this reason, a refund or exchange will not be offered on our Human
To ensure you have the correct cap size for a Human hair wig, please make sure you measure your head as per our size chart, which can be found on every individual Human hair wig product page.
Measurements are in inches. It is essential that you measure your head accurately prior to ordering your unit. If you have any difficulties, please contact us for guidance and assistance.
In respect of orders delivered to you using one of our third-party couriers, then:
(a) All risk of loss or damage to the products in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our premises. We (Lace Fronts Australia) are not liable for any errors made by these services.
(b) This service does not provide insurance and is chosen at your own risk upon confirmation/acceptance of our terms of supply.
If you are an international customer, you are also agreeing that you understand some countries have import restrictions on certain goods or materials. After dispatch from our facilities, transfer of liability shifts to you. Therefore, you will become the importer and will be liable to pay local taxes or duties, furthermore assuming all liability under any customs or import laws and regulations.
Store credit, returns and exchanges will be processed within 14 business days after the product has been received and approved for return.
