Terms & Conditions

• This offer is for our first-time customers only.
• Refers to human hair orders only.
• You must have a phone or video call appointment prior to ordering.
• You must have an unboxing consultation with us. This does not necessarily have to be on camera, however it does help. The unboxing consultation must take place within 48 hours of delivery.
• This offer is only valid for one wig. If you order multiple wigs, only one will be able to be refunded.
• Shipping of your wig to you is secure, fast and free. If you choose to return your piece, we will also pay any associated shipping costs. You will be sent a printable label, and once this is sent you have 48 hours for the wig to be dropped with your local Australia Post.
• If you do choose to return your piece, it must be unworn, other than for trying on. It must also be unaltered in any way and the lace not cut.
• Refunds take up to 10 days to process.
• Any refunds processed will exclude the full price of the synthetic wig and MUK pack received at purchase. The amount deducted will be based on the price of the items at the date of ordering.
• Lace Fronts Australia reserves the right to adjust this policy at any time.
