SHIPPING

Shipping & Production Times

Free Express Shipping (Australia Wide)

All orders placed within Australia are shipped with free Express Shipping. Delivery is typically made the next business day, though some regional areas may take up to 3 business days depending on local postal services.

Dispatch Times

All in-stock human hair and synthetic orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1:00pm AEST on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

 Production Time — Online Human Hair Orders

Online human hair wigs are made to order and require an estimated 2 to 4 weeks for production. Each unit is handcrafted in Australia by our professional hairdressers and stylists using premium materials and expert techniques.

Production Time — In-Store Orders

In-store human hair  custom orders can require a longer turnaround of 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your customisation and consultation. Your exact timeline will be confirmed with you during your visit.

Human Hair Shipping

Once production is complete, human hair wigs are shipped via Express Secure Shipping, which includes tracking and a signature on delivery for added security.

 A Note on Delays

Public holidays, holiday seasons, weekends, and customs processing can occasionally affect the timeframes above. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate clearly if a delay is expected.
